renolation	05510813a1	chore(dev): point platform-api values at homelab LAN endpoints ... Switch Oracle/Redis/Kafka/S3/tenant-api from in-cluster service names to 192.168.110.x LAN IPs. Platform DB now uses user dbiz_platform / schema DBIZ_PLATFORM on CORE_FOUNDATION; CDB URL targets TESTDB.
