PR Title Format

type(scope): brief description

Infer type from changes:

  • feat: new feature or capability
  • fix: bug fix
  • refactor: code restructuring without behavior change
  • perf: performance improvement
  • chore: maintenance, dependencies, config

- Implement session management with secure cookie storage
